It's not really something that can be done easily. Not in the same race anyway. Even without taking personalities into account, you'd have to favour Cav on performance. :p
I really want to see him kick some butt in the Alps like he did that year Sastre won the Tour and he was just crazy good but totally out of contention. A comparatively low pressure thing.
